Collection or Postage...

We use Royal Mail first class for all our deliveries​

• Royal Mail Small parcel (box up to 45x35x16cm)​

  • Up to 1kg - £5.00 (inc packaging)

    • This is typically our most common size parcel

  • Up to 2kg - £6.00​​

• Local delivery (by hand, Waterlooville, Petersfield & surrounding areaS only)​

  • £2.50 (covers Time/fuel costs/packaging)
    

• Collection from Wecock area of Waterlooville

  • Arranged with each customer as required.

  • Please keep in mind KWM is a home based business and currently functions around a 9-5 day job​ so collections would typically be arranged for Weekends or evenings

• Order Amendments

  • ​For occasions you want to add to an existing order before it has been despatched please message to confirm if any additional postage costs required if it moves up a weight bracket.

• Order Handling Fees

  • 50p is included to cover packaging costs on all orders​
