About Me

Welcome, My name is Michelle and I began Kitchen Witch Mallows late in 2020 (the year of the lockdown). Whilst finding new things to try in the kitchen I found a love of making these amazing little treats.

I previously ran a home based cake business (Kitchen Witch Cakes) before a serious knee injury at the end of 2016 left me mobility impaired and prevents me from standing in the kitchen too long. But sweet treats like these can be made whilst sitting and do not require hours on my feet putting unecessary strain on my knee.

They can also be posted which means I can reach more people and share the light fluffy goodness that is marshmallows.

Recently moved to Waterlooville, Hampshire, I am happy to post anywhere in the UK and all postage costs are displayed on our products page.
